Bio: Like many citizens of Bolivia, Miguel found himself caught up in the vast, infernal machine that is the illegal drug industry. Initially just an errand boy, Miguel managed to stumble across hidden knowledge of an incredible herb that only grew deep in the jungle, one that would make him a man above men. For three days, he scoured the rainforest, facing venemous snakes, ravenous army ants, and the ever-present risk of malaria or yellow fever. On the fourth day, he found what he sought - a small, unassuming plant with a blood-red stalk and single white flower. Needless to say, nobody recognized the once average otter when he returned to town, quickly rising through the ranks. He gained incredible notoriety when a rival sent two hitmen after him in a motorcycle ambush. After they unloaded two uzi magazines on him without success, he pursued them on foot, caught their motorcycle, and sent them back to their employer with the bashed out wheels pinning their arms to their sides, along with a warning: try to kill me again, and I will do the same to you with the engine. Despite all this, he managed to keep his drug-lord persona a close secret, thanks to tried-and-true money laundering techniques. He also found that he had developed an incredible libido as a side effect of the herb. So now, Miguel travels the world, enjoying the fine dining, the nightlife, and the women. Little does the public know he is also Peligro, the drug lord who prefers to handle his beefs very personally.

Personality: A Don Juan through and through, he is charming and charismatic without seeming conceited or narcissistic. Though he keeps up a stern, sometimes violent face for his cartel, inwardly, he is disgusted with himself for perpetuating a business centered on selling poison. He's been slowly converting his assets and work force to legitimate business ventures, and is secretly preparing for a time when he's able to dissolve his cartel and make an extensive deal with the government to live the rest of his life in somewhat comfortable conditions, but he is also wary of creating a power vacuum that would be taken over by a new cartel that lacks his control and restraint. Of all his mistresses, the one he loves the most is La Llorona. They are actively planning to wed once the Peligro cartel is finally dissolved.
