Pretty much every time I need to use a bathroom in public, my brain walks through this thought process. I really appreciate places that have single occupant non-gendered bathrooms. @.@ Just let us go in peace.

I'm glad that they made that happen! It's important to have inclusive space that can also be private. Being able to go to the bathroom in peace is just, real nice.
I'm sorry the teens are trashing it though, that sucks. D:

Yeah, there’s a group of teenagers lately who’ve come in just to cause trouble—the director decided to finally ban them for 6 months. It’s sad to get police involved in harassment and vandalism like this, but the Library needs to remain a safe space for everyone. nods
I’ve seen my Library make lots of changes over the years to make all people feel safe and peaceful. It’s been really great to watch these past 30 years. :)

The Library here did that in the last few years, they converted one of the “Family Restrooms” into an “All Gender Restroom”. Which has the amenities for both/every genders (urinal and toilet separate) and removes the large diaper-changing station. Of course—stupid teenagers have trashed it more times than we can count because TEENAGERS. :/
