Miss you dad. It's been a year and it still doesn't feel real.
When I was a kid, we would go out to a lake with cabins once a year or so, go fishing, play card games, swim, etc. Lots of fond memories.

I fully understand those feelings. It’s been about 20 years or more since my dad died and sometimes I still get “sad feelings” when I think about him or things we both liked. It never goes away—it just becomes easier to deal with.
