I looked at the reference sheet for the character and looking up what they are based on, which is a Furby (toy), and drew from there.
I'm not upset, it just takes more time to answer back and forth and I'm not able to check sites very often so I wanted you to know you could just ask questions right away. (I don't usually check comments here for days at a time.)

Somehow I missed this in my inbox yesterday. The character is really quite interesting--I don't think I've ever seen a Furby-sona kind of character before. You really made them look adorable! :D
