This one's really pretty--I love how vivid and bright the blue and purple is! :D

Thanks so much! The gradients were really difficult with markers but i'm quite happy with how it came out :3

        You’re most welcome! :D

Purple is the hardest color to find a variety in for markers, when I try to buy them. Dark purples are the same and light purples are the same—as opposed to the billion shades of blue! @_@

At least with copics, I've found a good variety in purples in the overall scope, but it can be hard collecting the ones that really fill out a simpler palette.

Yeah, I think if you go to a physical shop as opposed to online—it depends what stores carry, too. When I used to have a Blick Art Supply locally—I could get so many different pro-brands of markers in so many shades and colors. But now with only Hobby Lobby around here, their in-store supply is crazy limited. :/

Blick used to have the individual Copic filler bottles, too. I really miss that store!

Aaah yeah, Copic discontinued the old filler bottles. Now you pay the same for like, less than half of the ink you used to get for the new ones, and they still don't seem to be available in person much outside of special orders or ordering online.

That sounds about right, to be honest. Stores and companies may feel that with a trend towards digital, no one will be doing traditional anymore, as the years keep passing. :/

With Copic, AFAIK it was because there was a new CEO and they had a different "vision" or whatever. I have no idea what goes on in the back end of Copic but from a consumer point, it looks like greed. But what do I know. XD

True that. It’s never really about the consumer/customer satisfaction—it’s about the money made. :/

                      Usually yup T_T
