Thanks! I had to do a few tests before doing this because i just wasn't sure how to do flames in black and white XD (Comic research yay!)

Nothing beats the old comic inking stuff! :) I don't know if you've ever seen this comic, "Xenozoic Tales" by Mark Schultz--but I adore his pure B&W stuff a lot! :D

        You're very welcome! :D

I think i saw something of it a while back (it sounds familiar and the author does as well) but i dont recall it. I'll have to look it up :3

A lot of people know it by the name of the cartoon that was based on it, "Cadillacs & Dinosaurs". :)

Hmmm, doesnt sound faimilar to me. (mind you, if its an older cartoon, i didnt have cable for the first 13 years of my life and what TV i did see was at friends places. So i missed out a lot of stuff growing up xD ) So i probably just missed it.

1990's I think. I really wish they'd put it on DVD, but it's probably licensing issues with CBS and Mark Schultz himself. As far as cartoons went, they kept a lot of the comics idea and story intact--very rare for a comic clearly aimed at an adult audience and a cartoon okay for kids.

Schultz's work is pretty familiar even if you never saw this iconic series of his--he's done tons of work for Dark Horse Comics over the years and still does things for them occasionally. He has a very classic golden/silver age inking style, with shading and details. :)

I will definitely have to check him out. (I'm sure i've likely seen his stuff but have just forgotten. I am the worst with connecting names of things/people to a visual concept/work. XD )

I know that feeling.....I'm that way with t.v. and movie stars. It's me saying.....yeah, you know, that guy who was in that thing! XD
