A new character made up to suit VancouFur's theme, Atlantis! I wanted a better example of a complex #MLP badge. She needs a name and i proper cut out and background. Hopefully that will come soon!

She is based of a type of weedy seadragon with some exagerated/added extras, making her more "dragon" looking.

Parts of her glow in the dark and are blacklight reactive. :)
