Last year, Merlin posted a photo of her Daryil Clan tattoo on Twitter and FA. Jealous, I bit the bullet and got one myself in October.

I haven't made a big thing of it for the most part, after all - it does imply that the real me has been killed and replaced by a shapeshifting monster. But then posted a photo of his clan mark tattoo also, so I figured I may as well post one of mine.

I almost can hear wailing and gnashing her teeth because her DMFA comic has driven people to mutilate themselves. Or possibly cackling with evil glee at the lives she's helped ruin.

And yes, for those following on Twitter, I did manage to get the MX80 deck up the stairs by virtue of a removals firm. Once the pinch roller is replaced it should be good to go.

Observant readers may notice that the clan mark isn't where Jakob's clan mark is. Partly this is because I'm not Jakob, but also because Jakob has to drop his trousers for people to see the mark, and this would not likely go down well at Anthrocon.
