We've been out here a long time, now
Celestial sketch from a few weeks back! I really enjoyed this piece.
This character is drawn to warm places in order to rest and repair itself, so the client and I settled on it floating towards a distant hot planet, after a long time without shelter.

Augh I just love the style of images that you do like this! Something about the way you let the atmosphere shine through the character seems really strong to me. Like, it makes sense with how I envision things in a really essential way, somehow.
