It's that time of the year again folks, my absolute favorite month. I ended last year with a lich, so I figured it'd only be appropriate if I started this year with one as well, this one being the fortune teller for Madame Ruby's Gilded Phantasia Sideshow, Maester Melourious the Magnanimous!

I wanted to fiddle more with this but I made myself stop. Inking took me about oh...3 hours, give or take.
