I like the details. The portrait joke; that he doesn't have any stamp but F. Success is impossible! or at least you need to talk to the stationery dept.
I can't parse the sign behind him: I'm guessing it's 'don't stop work' rather than 'dooooooooork' ;)
Colour and composition are nicely done. I'd only query that his shirt looks a bit grubby with those mottled reddish shadows.

Thanks for the input! I keep forgetting to apply what I've already learned - must keep that in mind for the next pic. This was also rushed - I felt it needed to go up sooner than the process I've been using lately usually takes (sleep, then finishing touches). Must avoid that when possible.
