I was thinking yesterday, that I’ve been watching a number of fictional things that contain characters with speech/communicational impediments, and it’s one of those things that somewhat hit me hard. I get extremely frustrated when I can’t get people to understand what I mean, specially when I’m trying to teach/explain computerstuffs, so this kind of problems terrify me a bit.

Then I thought about Dominus, and how composed he was the whole chapter (I'm talking MTMTE#34 here), and THEN I remembered Minimus mentioning he hadn’t talked with his brother in months, which explains it. He had been adapting to it for a long while.

But I can’t believe it must have been easy at first.

So naturally, I wanted to draw Dominus gesturing and struggling through communicating with his current lot in life, because I’m a mildly horrible person.

Then Bibliotecaria-d mentioned Dominus done in Saga style, and I lost all my artistic shit.
