Well, I didn't really get any feedback on the linework, but that's okay. It's kind of time consuming to crank these babies out so I guess I'll focus on story more and let the art be kind of rough. After all, I've got my own PhD to get so who knows how long I'll be able to indulge this project...

I'm liking it so far and I have some fun ideas! I am hoping to complete the story even if I have to sacrifice a bit on making it the most gorgeous thing I can possibly create.

My favorite panel is Violet holding Moonbear for the first time. It kind of sums up me basically every time I meet a new pet-
Me: OMG I'm your momma now I instantly adore you so much my little treasure
Pet: I am singularly unimpressed.

You'll notice Violet more or less looks just like Moon. This is part laziness, part wish fulfillment. I would like to have a gang of quirky friends who are my family and then we all go on adventures together, and work with cute scientists I can have a crush on, and also pets can talk. This is probably as close as I'm ever getting to any of that haha!
