I have a personal paracosm called Otherworld, and I do a lot of drawings/writings of the characters who live there and their adventures- they represent different aspects of myself and talking to them or otherwise interacting in journals or drawings helps me figure things out. Also, I just like to have fun being creative with them and getting them into mischief. For more details and images of them you can check out the character sheets I've posted (hope to expand these over time to include all my recurring characters, with a decent amount of info about them). There are other creations as well, whatever comes into my head, things for friends, the occasional trade or commission, etc. But I'm currently working on some projects with the Otherworld crew so for a while it will likely be a lot of that!

I primarily do digital art and writing.

I just purchased Clip Studio Paint to try so that's my primary image software now, I'm just learning and it is taking some getting used to, but I'm excited by its possibilities! Used to be, the program I used most often for images was GIMP, though I experimented with Inkscape and FireAlpaca on occasion. Still have those others but yeah, CSP outshines them. I use a Wacom Bamboo Pen tablet.

I do a mix of all-ages appropriate work and adult work, so be forewarned. I'm eclectic, open minded, and like to experiment.

I'm not formally trained and my skills are still developing. There are times I welcome critique because I am certainly looking to improve, if not this drawing then at least for the next time, but those will be clearly marked- for a good number of submissions, if I am posting here it's either because it's something silly I rattled off that I was pleased with or thought would be fun to share, or something that is at the current limit of my ability to improve on and I'm done messing with that particular work. My ambitions can exceed my abilities at times, which is frustrating!

I really have a hard time with coloring and digital color techniques. Most of my pieces are done in flat colors, with a bit of simple shading/highlighting if I'm feeling fancy. Hoping to get better at that!
