Well, I decided to have a go at writing and drawing some of the adventures of my imaginary Pokemon team!

So far most of the 'mon comics I've seen have been Nuzlocke challenges. I love those! But I wanted to do a completely original fan story, simply because this part of the world of Pokemon is intriguing to me- who are all these researchers and professors? What do they study and how do they get their funding? What do they want? What are their adventures like? I'm getting ready to start my own IRL PhD journey as an assistant and student so this story will follow a student and assistant as she follows her dreams and gets into trouble along the way-- welcome to PokePhD!

She also has a crush on Cedar, but he's really hot, I can't blame her. Don't worry about it.

I kept up the plant/tree theme re: naming these characters, because I thought it was funny. heh.

This is just the lineart-- cleaning up said lineart and adding color (in which is included the backgrounds) is step the next, but I thought I'd throw it up here for the sake of crit before I get that far. It'd be easier to tweak if I get in before the grind of coloring! If you have feedback, please, leave it!
