This is a Red-Tailed hawk at Silver Dollar City Branson, MO in the Wings over Missouri Show with birds from the World Bird Sanctuary near St. Louis, MO. He was one of the few birds in the show which featured various owls, hawks, eagles, falcons that are seen in Missouri.

I find that Red-Tailed Hawks are ever more beautiful with the wings open like this as they're more colorful that way. You can see a lot more detail in the feathers that way.
