Jiggly the Socialite

Some fanart I did for kazecat.

Jiggly found herself at a rather high-end party tonight, the kind where they serve caviar on crackers along with gourmet cheeses that no one can pronounce the names of properly. There was both a "how" and a "why" to help explain her reasons for being at such a posh party this evening. As to how she got there, she was invited by some incredibly well-to-do CEO that also happened to be a huge fan of wrestling (namely her kind of wrestling). As to the why, her PR agents convinced her it would help promote her career by making her seem more amicable towards "the rich folk", thus attracting a more affluent audience and ultimately leading towards a bigger paycheck.

Practically everyone who was anyone was there; if you were in the business world that is. Accountants, bankers, managers and other big-wig CEO's were just a few examples of the kinds of people that were there. Jiggly genuinely tried to have a good time and mingle with the other guests but it was a bit difficult for her. The vast majority of the guests at this little shindig didn't have much to offer on the lines of enthralling conversation. Bank jargon, profit margins, and numbers in general did very little to pique her interest. Her current wardrobe didn't really help her situation much either. She wasn't really a fan of dresses per say and she would've rather worn something (anything) with pants, but once again, her PR people convinced her otherwise. Despite practically being forced to wear it, Jiggly supposed it wasn't all that bad. Her dress did look very lovely on her even though it was fairly tight-fitting, leaving little to the imagination. This same garment also displayed a generous amount of her bosom while a small necklace gracefully presented itself around her neck. A pair of gloves covered her seemingly delicate hands, thus completing the ensemble.

As the night wore on, Jiggly found it harder and harder to actually stay awake. She was bored out of her mind and the idea of sleeping started to sound more and more like a good idea. It was around this time that a man came and spoke to her. "Ummm...e-excuse me?" he asked nervously. Jiggly looked in the direction the man's voice had come from; which turned out to be down. She discovered a rather short canine, probably 4'10" - 4'11" at most, with dark brown hair and eyes, along with rust colored fur. He wore jeans with a simple shirt and coat; he was also holding a professional-looking camera in both hands. Jiggly noticed him trembling; she concluded he was terrified of her. "H-hello, I-I'm Jake Garner, a photographer for B-biweekly News Magazine. C-can I take your picture?" Jiggly gave him a weak but sincere smile and replied "Of course you can." She then bent forward, placing a hand on his shoulder. "But why don't you calm down a little first. I promise I won't bite." The man then closed his eyes and started breathing slowly. He opened his eyes again shortly, and was much calmer now then before. "Thanks" he declared "I needed that." The two then started to chat for a while, thus leading Jiggly to discover why he was so nervous to begin with. Apparently, he was recently hired by the magazine and he was afraid of losing his job if he made any mistakes. That was when Jiggly assured him that things would be alright and that he would do just fine. Jake thanked her for her words of encouragement and then proceeded to take her photo. He asked her to hold something (specifically a drink) and to give him the same smile she gave him before. Jiggly obliged, thus resulting in the picture seen above.
