Portrait of my cat, Spartacus.

This is my cat, Spartacus (aka: Mr. Fluffy Pants). He is my spoiled buddy. I can't relate how well mannered of a cat he is.

I wanted to do something different. Usually, that means a still life, this time it meant a pet portrait in Impressionist style. Free hand Alla-prima impasto, about 2 to 3 hour painting time. No under drawing, no study sketch, just paint on a blank canvas.
