monster I came up with last night
He's a travel from anther dimension who destroyed his world
what he is up to now is anyones guess but his actions are generally dubious at the least
his actual body is just the brain. It's all that he could materialize/salvage from his homeplain.
the skull is a crown he fashioned for himself upon entry, and the body is a product of the crown

He sorta looks like Skeletor + a blue version of The Blob w/ Tartar Sauce hands. x3 He looks AWESOME.
Srsly, though, he looks a lot like those Bio-Vipers from the recent G.I. JOE cartoon (it's not Sigma-6 I don't think), but with a Skeletor vibe. It's a really cool design. I also love how his spinal cord is bent off to the side like that.

I love how this character has no neck to a point that his jaw is partially embedded in his chest. That's a hilarious exaggeration of his brute strength.
