Originally, only the rightmost panel was present, and it was going to be a portrait layout. I had an idea to extend the panel concept in a staggered tilting fashion, to sort of express the essence of parkour. Though of course, it required upgrading it to landscape and 11x17 size. Not a small feat, but omg, was the result not worth it!? :) angel27 took my rough idea and blessed it with class. The window/shiny effect was his idea, and I am in love with it. I particularly like the bevel effect, and the choice of gradient hues. The only thing I would change if I could do it over again would be to extend Rooth's tail behind him, but since the picture evolved from a finished portrait piece, that wasn't really practical. And I'm not sure if this is in layers or what (I think angel27 drew the whole cityscape, actually?), else I'd experiment on the construction by moving Rooth further left. But as it stands, it's freakin' gorgeous! I plan on making a sizable print of it, framing it, and putting it in my home theater. I mean, damn, look at it. O_O It's also just the right ratio (or at least, easily croppable) to make a great desktop background. So I'll be doin' that in my main digs (see this photo).
