There are a number of human/animal hybrids in the story, it's an element that sort of worked its way back in after I made the decision that Ace shouldn't talk. Needless to say, I've gone through quite a few plot and character alterations ^^;

Huh, I just thought of something ... oh, never mind. Seeing that mole(?) dude made me wonder if there were anthros in the Upgrade universe, but then I remembered that Ace the talking cat was weird, so I guess not. But then I remembered Neil ... so yeah, I guess it's a valid question. XD
