A Memorial to My Chihuahua Molly chasing Blue birds while crossing over the Rainbow Bridge.
Molly passed away on March 25th 2021.
today is the one month anniversary of her death

Molly passed away while listening to (Somewhere Over The Rainbow) that I played for her on my Tyros
thats why I used the song for the picture.

this picture took me forever. glad i could finish it in time for the one month
anniversary of her passing

me playing Somewhere Over The Rainbow
https://www.furaffinity.net/view/41.....oad-successful

When all the world is a hopeless jumble
And the raindrops tumble all around
Heaven opens a magic lane
When all the cloud darken up the skyway
There's a rainbow highway to be found
Leading from your windowpane
To a place behind the sun
Just a step beyond the rain

MOLLY
Somewhere over the rainbow way up high
There's a land that I heard of once in a lullaby
Somewhere over the rainbow skies are blue
And the dreams that you dare to dream really do come true

Someday I'll wish upon a star
And wake up where the clouds are far
Behind me

Where troubles melt like lemon drops
Away above the chimney tops
That's where you'll find me

Somewhere over the rainbow bluebirds fly
Birds fly over the rainbow.
Why then, oh, why can't I?

If happy little bluebirds fly
Beyond the rainbow.
Why, oh, why can't I?

Someday I'll wake and rub my eyes
And in that land beyond the skies you'll
find me

I'll be a laughing daffodil
And leave the silly cares that fill my mind
behind me

Somewhere over rainbow bluebirds fly
blue birds fly over the rainbow
Why, then why can't I?

If happy little bluebirds fly beyond the rainbow
Why, oh, why can't I?

How dare you hit me right in the feelings! I am sorry for your loss, and I'm remindedof years past of losing my own best friend, my family, my own dog whose name was Buck. Now I won't be able to hear that song without thinking of at least both of them. I sincerely thank you for that. Please, be safe, happy, and healthy. Take care of yourself.

Beautiful artistic tribute! 🥰 And I know how you feel too. I too had a dog I miss very much. My Eskimo dog Ski was beautiful, very smart, a good watchdog, and pretty friendly once you got to know her. She was very good with children and even got along with cats. She especially liked being out in the snow, even if it rarely snows in Houston. Whenever it did, though, you could hardly make her out except for her eyes and nose. Her only problems besides the usual shedding were her hatred of vacuum cleaners and baths. She dies at age 18 of a stroke, and we haven't had another Husky-like dog ever since.
