-Kee, Raja is supposed to be a cobra, but he doesn't look like one.:
He is, kind of, but isn't meant to look exactly like one on purpose. Raja isn't an "anthro cobra", he's a (form shifting) naga. His facial shape is also made up the way I like it so's not really meant to be anatomically accurate, same with the arrangement of the inside of his mouth.
