I can definitely see a lot of the Borderlands ones. Slab/Sawtooth Goliath on the left, Bloodshot Nomad Taskmaster "Bad Maw" on the right, plenty of Psychos, a Badass Rakk above the nomad, An EXP Loader on the left edge of the center focus, a BUL Loader on the pipes near there, Saturn Loader in foreground with the "Gluttonous" Thresher near it on the left & a Super Badass Loader on the right in the foreground. The Center character is definitely a Siren & the backdrop looks like Cramfist's Foundry at Sawtooth Cauldron. :3

Oh! And There's Sanctuary on the mid-top right & I just recognize those grey soldiers with the glowing Ox masks near the centre focus as Dahl Lost Legion soldiers. :D
