The Special Security Services is considered a privateer company founded by Captain Maxwell Shepherd and Admiral Douglas St Bernard, former soldiers of the Usland Armed Forces. In truth, the unit often operates in mercenary work and as pirate raiders in some cases, stealing from other pirates and a few number of countries such as Thembria. There had been names given of the company to mark them more as pirates, but none stuck. They operate from a floating dirigible aircraft carrier, and are equipped with planes for 5 fighter squadrons, a reconnaissance squadron, and a search & rescue squadron.

Name: Don Alejandro Karnage. He's also been called Prince, which he despises because it refers to him as a lesser to his older brother, who's been called the King of the Air Pirates.
Alejandro Karnage is the youngest of three brothers of an old-fashioned family, which the eldest inherits the entire estate and the others must find careers of their own. The 2nd brother would form the Air Pirates and become Don Karnage, while Alejandro formed his own group called the Sky Corsairs, which didn't gain much prestige due to low numbers and frequent defeats against the Air Pirates. Alejandro was captured during a fight with the Special Security Services, but was recruited into the company right after his release. He's been allowed to paint his pirate flag onto his personal plane, and commands a flight of fellow ex-Sky Corsairs who never deserted him. Alejandro fancies himself a true swashbuckler and carries a rapier & dagger, but never tested against Don Karnage's cutlass.
