Happy birthday to Tsume, here's your cake and two fancy dressed ladies with it.
This was a commission I asked ]-[3L for at FWA 2011 and I could think of no better way than to ring in a birthday than with a presentation of a cake by two ladies clad in some formal-ish clothing.
