Some dungeons, no dragons

Meg James

This was posted first to Patreon in April 2022!

Some icons of dungeons and dragons characters! Left to right, we have Noaa, Hambeens, and Otto.

Hambeens (center) is ljames's character and I've wanted to draw them for a while. "HamBeens" is also a real-life brand of 15-bean soup mix, which influenced the kobold's appearance. Hambeens is a wild magic sorcerer and connoisseur of hats, which is why they're wearing both a tophat-style Hat of Vermin and a folded paper hat that looks slightly like a pope mitre (made by a fellow party member). There's also a driftglobe under there somewhere, which is why it's glowing. Yes, this is Hambeens' consistent in-game appearance so far. (I've been told I'll need to update this icon when they get their actual favorite hat back, but it's currently being enchanted as a Hat of Holding, so they don't have it with them.)

Otto (right) and Noaa (left) are also here. Otto is a pact of the chain warlock with some sort of fiendish patron (DM and I haven't sorted out the details yet lmao), and is in the same campaign as Hambeens. Noaa was from a previous game with a different DM, who said I could play a shark person. They were a way of the open hand monk.

Left: Icon of Noaa, an anthro shark, framed in a decorative gray-blue and red circle that resembles ocean waves and ominous clouds.
Center: Icon of Hambeens, a kobold sorcerer wearing two hats, framed in a decorative yellow and red circle that resembles swirling magic.
Right: Icon of Otto Ramaker, half-elf warlock, framed in a decorative red and black circle that resembles swirling magic or flames.
