Slight inspiration from here

Yesterday was Bowser Day and I had posted this in a few places elsewhere, but now I'm back at my laptop I'll post it here and a few other places. Bowser Day is a fandom-created day celebrated on August 4th, that is, 8/4, or World 8-4 where Bowser waits for you if you guess the correct pipes through his castle. It had been going on for some time, but finally I thought I'd try my hand at drawing the Koopa King and participate for once! He's trickier than he looks, so many little details on the mouth and spikes, but it was worth a shot at least for practice. I don't have a good color on my colored pencils for the mouth, so I had to make do.

The idea here is that, he'd probably be checking on the Koopa color guard and helping them rehearse for the night's festivities, twirling the flag around.
