Another Pokémon OC that I've formed in my head, after some conversations I've had with a few of my friends regarding the prospect of coming up with more Pokémon OCs. Again, wanting to finish this character first because Year of the Rat is almost at an end.

He's the bodyguard for the Alolan Raichu village chief, in my previous pic. Strong-willed, and very protective of the chief and the entire village. You do not want to mess with this Raichu.
