Around a month ago, I've had some conversation with a few friends of mine in regards to the prospect of me coming up with more Pokémon OCs. This elderly Alolan Raichu, who is also the village chief in my headcanon, is one of those Pokémon who had been floating around in my head for a while now.

This is actually not the first Pokémon that I wanted to draw. However, considering that Year of the Rat is almost at an end, and I realized that I haven't drawn anything rodent-related, I decided, finishing this character first is my top priority. Hence this character.
