To be honest, I intended to post this piece AFTER I get to finish the concurrent artwork. However, aforementioned concurrent artwork was flawed at the stage of concept itself - and attempting to execute flawed concepts on average requires far more effort than finalizing successful ones while yielding inherently inferior results. I'll have another go so that the lesson won't go unheeded. But first I'll need to purchase a thinner brush - the "4" one serves me well, but drawing extra-thin outlines and details with it takes more time and nerves.

What has been uploaded instead is an uplift of a creature that I attempted to draw a few years ago but eventually came to conclusion that I have little to gain in terms of learned lessons and expanded horizons.
