Original intent was to give myself a chance to draw Gallade in a more sophisticated manner, but eventually I drew nearly entire family as I saw to my surprise that such group artworks of the Ralts line are relatively uncommon, to say nothing of the ones with the battle-ready vibe to them.

So hereby I present you Gallade, Ralts, Gardevoir and Mega Gardevoir in surroundings I deemed enough challenging to draw and paint.

With this set panned out in full view, I must say that I’m intrigued by the concept of the whole, expanded Ralts family where metamorphosis between stages offers an alternative between arcane/mundane that isn’t strictly tied to the default gender and, instead, needs to be planned around default potential.of each family member.
