The white line does really make it stand out a bit more--it kinda looks a lot like storybook illustration art. One of my friends on Weasyl has been doing this with their art for years and I've really liked it on their stuff, too! :)
This is really pretty--it would make a good cover or a desktop wallpaper. :D
