Character Lore Nobody's Gonna Read in the Description of Art Nobody's Gonna Look At Time!

Despite not drawing him in many years, or drawing him much when I was actively drawing him, Chip is a character I had some plans for. He is little Aylen's father, and doing the "single father" thing after his partner (Aylen's as-yet unnamed mother) was killed in a car crash at some point a few months after Aylen's birth.

I don't recall if I ever mentioned that particularly morbid detail anywhere in the past, but that's been a major part of his and Aylen's backstory pretty much since I decided to make the (at the time) two one-off characters into a family--especially with Aylen bearing a much stronger resemblance to other raccoon characters of mine, such as Meryl, Mia, and Reid, than she does Chip.
