This is a piece I did as a going away gift for one of the managers I had at Mayo. She was moving to a different department so she had more time free to spend with her family, which I don't blame her for one bit.

She loves her animals, and thankfully had plenty of pictures in her office. I nabbed some for reference while she was out, so she had no clue I was doing this piece. She was thrilled when I gifted this at her going away party.

The edges on the animals fade the way they do on purpose. The whole edge of the painting is actually covered by the framing, which looks like real barn wood. The finished framed piece appears to have the animals watching you from inside a barn.
