I Have To Wear This Thing?

LaurenRivers

It still seemed like a bad dream. Mikaela could hardly believe it. His body had died, taking his friend's soul with it, and now he was trapped in hers. Such a vastly different form than his own, he had traded a trunk for a bill, a flat chest for breasts, and a male anatomy for an egg laying female body. His feet were no longer thick and sturdy, but webbed and delicate.

Long hair cascaded down her shoulders as she examined the bra her body was wearing when she went to bed. Dressed in a fresh set of clothes from her body's apartment, she held it before her. "How do women wear these?" She still found it hard to adjust to being female.

As far as anyone knew, her former identity had died in the car accident. Now she was Mikaela, with a male mind and an elephant's soul. When she had first awoken and Ashley had told her their fate, she had denied it at first. With the bracelet gone and their bodies dead, she had taken a full week to accept it.

Her body had taken every opportunity to remind her of it as well. New tastes, new ways of conducting basic body functions, and just being shorter was a shock. She had confided in Ashley, and the two discussed moving in together, as they were the only ones who knew their true natures, and no one else would believe them, or would they?

Mikaela had foolishly mentioned to 'her' mother that she was a man trapped in a woman's body, and her mother had called someone. She did not know who her new mother had called, though she was certain she should not have said anything to her this soon.

It was too late now, she would have to deal with whatever came of it.
