Saoirse i Gcré-umha - Irish Gaelic for "Freedom in Bronze" - is the name of my trusty Trek 520 touring bike. Cro-moly steel with a classic leather saddle, she's a two-wheeled ticket to adventure, and she sure shines nicely in the springtime sun!

Thanks! She's a reliable ride, for sure. Since this photo, I've added green Brooks leather bar tape to match the saddle, and I've got some new lighter-weight black-and-silver fenders on order, since I wasn't completely happy with the aluminum ones for a couple of different reasons. I'm eager to see how those look when I get them installed.

That looks like a fantastic touring ride! Like the rearview mirror on the handlebars and the sensible fenders/back rack.
And of course that frame will last forever! :D
