A quiet meditation on the shadows of one's past can often serve to lighten their influence on the present. A favorite song lyric goes, "sometimes you get the best light from a burning bridge." In this case, candlelight would suffice, as this video was recorded in the midst of a power outage. No buzzing lights, no whirring appliances, no hum of electricity in the walls, and no special effects... Just me, my flute, and the flame.
