Have to take a small hiatus due to my living situation turning into a nightmare. 3 weeks ago we had to move everything out of our apartment in two days. We were in the process of buying a house but its looking like thats falling through because the wonderful mortgage agent put off sending our paperwork in due to something that she didnt understand instead of asking for help on something that would have taken 5 minutes to explain on our part. We are living in a house a relative lent us since they moved at the same time we did. Another reason is because the sellers refuse to repair the house because they feel they have already put enough money into it by lowering the price due to the appraisal disputing their selling number. The appraiser said it was only valuable to a special person who saw any effort being put in as an improvement. Im so frustrated and sad that all of my supplies have been in storage for weeks so no work has been created on my part. On top of everything happening my laptop is starting to fail and at the current moment Im barely able to see what Im writing on the screen. So please be patient with me and send good vibes that something will improve soon. I miss you all and I hope you are staying safe in these trying times.
