I chose this one first, because fan-fiction. XD I always draw the adult form, even when said character's still just a baby (or, technically, not born yet). Here's his bio-data:

Basic Biography: Premiering as a young adult in my “The Love of Romance” (IDW—Megatron/Rodimus on-going series) stories as a sort of crossover with my Galvatron/Rodimus ‘fics—Ion Stream shows up right away as a strong and talented fighter with his giant Energon axe. He shows he is kind and respectful of all others—and that he has a special link with Primus (the core of Cybertron). Though not technically born yet in the fan-fic series he belongs to, he is planned to be a different sparkling than both Novablaze and Stormbreaker were—he is also planned to be smaller than them both, both at birth and throughout his life. He will be a little shorter than the average-sized Cybertronian, but not as small as a ‘bot like Bumblebee. He is to be best friends with the Mini-Con Race Team and will be the first of Galvatron and Rodimus Prime’s sparklings to have a vehicular (race car) alt mode.
