After a minute, the thing hatches and you have a baby Tamagotchi for...........like a day or so. The baby will be this little round blob that's either "clear" (white?--hard to tell on a grey screen) or black.

I got a black one.

You know, watching it bounce all around the screen for awhile--it really is kinda cute. This is probably why games like Slime Rancher are popular. XD
