So, I've got traditionally colored sketch page/concept pages for my Pokemon University "Elite Four and Champion" members.

He'd be the second one you'd face. HIs skill is "special skills". He's not a person you mess with, no matter how short he might be compared to you. He's not a member of the Faculty Shi'tennou for nothing. XD
