So, I've got traditionally colored sketch page/concept pages for my Pokemon University "Elite Four and Champion" members.

This guy would be the first you'd see in a challenge. His specialty is speed. And Electric, of course. A Shiny version, because Kilo told me I should have a Shiny guy amongst them........I created two. XD

His name is Raimei, a Zebstrika, and he really is good with kids. :)
