I was coloring a few pieces with Crayola (this is a brand-name that belongs to a corporation, which I hope everyone is familiar with!) crayons recently. chuckle

Which...............I used the cheap all-in-one scanner for scanning this (I still have not been able to unpack my old computer and its better scanner........). It makes things awfully dark, but if you try to brighten it--it goes completely pastel. Yes...........any reds (especially pinks or lighter purples) are destroyed just as easily as my regular GOOD scanner. XD Why do scanners hate reds and yellows (including lighter greens in that) so much???

Crayola crayons don't seem to have an equivalent reddish purple color to Prismacolor markers and colored pencils--I think I usually use a color called "Magnolia", I'm pretty sure it's NOT "Magenta" (as that's what I use for Keira-Jo's hair)? I used Red Violet............but the scanner also helped to make it look more purple than it should. @_@

Crayola crayons have a ridiculous amount of "different" colors now. I say "different" with quote marks because--while they have outrageous names like Shocking Pink and Razzmatazz.............I honestly don't see much of a difference between some of those colors on paper. I have a box of "152 Different Colors", or so it says! XD
