When I took and edited this photo of a sneak-peek of Inconnu, my new androgyny-embracing shark character (and possible new sharksona to represent this re-awoken aspect of my personality), the lyrics from the Placebo song 'Nancy Boy' kept sticking in my head, and seemed to resonate strongly with the mood and scene I was aiming for, especially as Inconnu also represents my love of music, and especially Placebo. In editing this, I drained out most of the colour, leaving only the barest hint using a lomographic style in Photoshop and tweaked it further for an almost oppressive and very personal mood and atmosphere. Expect more photoart and commissioned art of him soon! <3
