YUP it was actually going to be a bust with no background at first then I got carried away, cropped it, started doing the background and everything else and completely forgot/didn't notice the arm lmao. Gonna fix it now!

There's a great contrast between the character and the background, both pop in their own ways. The glitching looks good, I'm curious how you made it haha, it looks rad!

This is really good. Like, computer background good.
The expression is wonderfully intense and the sort of broken pixel/static feel of it in general gives it a very... INTENSE effect. Like Fight Club kinda. Reminds me of this scene where the whole screen goes wobbly: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xwSh9uhRJRA I also like how the shapes in the background come off as kind of like skyscrapers--almost cybercity scape-ish. The "fog" that drifts all the way up nearly to the top of the frame in the sky is also interesting.
Only thing that comes off as weird is how his arms seem kinda cropped off, like a bust statue.
Other than that this is full of awesome! Seriously you really outdid yourself. I'd watch a whole movie animated in this style.
