he's one of the rare colorations of the Nearht species of mine.
A Peacock Nearht has more in depth markings and their feathers are shaped somewhat like that of a peacock's, which would be considered odd to other Nearhts. [normal Nearhts have a more typical feather shape]
Because they're more rare, a Peacock Nearht in a clan is often one of some sort of authority.

And if I remember correctly I think I said on the dA version of this that this Nearht in particular was some sort of adviser for Xikkz's clan.
I'd assume this guy is probably around seven or eight feet, fancier/higher ranking Nearhts are usually on the taller end of the spectrum.
