Boxer and Atif were characters I made as a teenager. Boxer was originally me inserting myself into RandomDCE's Braface universe and Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt simultaneously (despite not being Cajun, French, or a homosexual male) and Atif was the kid that later replaces Briefers Rock as a love interest due to the backlash I had of Boxer having romantic feelings for a dude that JUST WASN'T INTO HIM. Regardless, I still liked Boxer. He was what I wished I could be: confident, funny, a cunning linguist, and being paid slightly more. So I decided to make a new universe with him in it, with blackjack and hookers! Atif was originally named 'Ahni' but seeing I am now a 20-something, I had to start doing proper research and give him a name fitting of his background. Atif fits Atif more if that is what you're wondering.

ACTUAL REWRITTEN LORE OF THESE GUYS HEADS UP!:

Beauregard "Boxer" Modelin was a boy born from an 18-year-old exchange student who was knocked up by a Cajun drunkard who died when Boxer was very small. Due to the fact this guy literally ruined her life, Boxer's mom, Francoise, raised him in France for most of Boxer's childhood alongside Boxer's maternal grandfather, Crispin. Boxer knew right away that he was clearly uninterested in the opposite sex in a romantic and sexual sense. When his mother was warning him of how his impolite behavior would turn off a girl, even asking if he were to marry a girl like his mother, Boxer clearly stated that he didn't care and that he would rather be with another boy. At first frustrated by Boxer's sexuality already realized before puberty even hit for him, she was clearly relieved that Boxer would not turn out like his father and knock up a poor girl in America.

Boxer eventually returned to the States in middle school, due to Francoise's interest in Boxer's well-being as well as a place where Boxer could learn more about his father if he desired so. Luckily for Francoise, it seems Boxer has grown a deep hatred for his father to the point the thought of him makes his blood boil. But thanks to his family's acceptance of his orientation, Boxer's biggest issue in school was everyone else's, specifically, his crush at school. Boxer's first language was a romantic one and he took advantage of that the minute he fell in love for the first time in his life. His first love seemed like an innocent one, a shy-soft spoken nerdy boy who helped him a couple times with his homework and even helped him with his English. However, an English word that should never be uttered in front of a woman was used at a dinner where Boxer finally introduced his crush to his parents, and Boxer saw his crush's true colors. (He called Boxer a 'c*nt' in front of his mother while turning him down the hard way.)

Heartbroken and ashamed, Boxer realized that he needs to find a man that actually loved him for who he was. He had to better himself, and he needed to relieve himself of the pain in his heart. The first thing he did? Shoot some K.K.K. off of his turf. How did he get the weapons to do that? First off, he met a girl only a couple years older than him (May Gantz, a character he eventually works with) that taught him how to shoot a gun. Eventually, Boxer encountered a supernatural force quite unfamiliar yet still a significant part of his life he didn't know about: He met his guardian angel, Durandiel. Durandiel gave Boxer the ability to turn any form of cloth he wore into a weapon and Durandiel can let Boxer share this ability under the condition that Durandiel takes a bite on the person who wants to borrow Boxer's powers for a short period of time. It also wasn't hard to find the K.K.K. where Boxer lived. They were just about to lynch a poor kid on his way home from an errand. When Boxer finally got rid of the K.K.K. in the town of Hugamee Bay, he also sparked a rebound he didn't expect to be so quick.

Enter Atif Bedlah Saqqaf'ajam meanwhile. Atif is the youngest of two from an arranged marriage. He moved in with his father from Morocco alongside his older sister, Halla, after Halla had a fight with their strongly Islamic Indian-born mother in England. When Atif took Halla's side, his mother was devastated, and asked their father to figure out how their children would live without faith. Their father was the Innkeeper and he was a guy who generally started off full of anxiety and had a dislike for dilly-dallying and freeloaders. This meant the Innkeeper initially clashed with Boxer due to his delinquent behavior and the surprisingly brash way Boxer treated him initially. Despite this, Atif fell in love thanks to Boxer saving his life from Klansmen that would have hung him in an outfit more embarrassing than being naked.

Atif made the first move when Boxer became more melancholic, being reminded how his 'rude' behavior was something his mother warned wouldn't make him have a happy relationship. Atif started by talking to Boxer, often while his father wasn't looking until eventually Atif confessed his feelings to Boxer. Boxer, caught off guard became relieved, even happy that someone accepted Boxer for who he was outside of his family. It seemed that Boxer would have reformed fully enough that he would stop using weapons to solve his problems. Sadly that wasn't the case. May Gantz, Boxer's friend who taught him how to use a gun, has often given the two of them (and Halah) odd jobs which included helping her arrest a corrupt music producer with the help of Durandiel, saving a casino from a terrorist obsessed with the Chinese Zodiac (for some reason), and even distracting the mad scientists from studying a magic lamp with two human girls trapped inside.

After angering the Djinn that trapped the girls inside in the first place, Boxer has learned that this world he is in is a world where Angels like Durandiel and Demons like Djinn exist and that Boxer has chosen the side that'll eventually make his life a bit of a Hell but he can bare it seeing Atif is right there with him and he would make new friends along the way, including the Kuwabara Family, Prince Horatio Aragon of Eternius, Ana, as well as Akvamarin Chernikov and Rosita Sekvoya. But for now, the worst that has happened so far was that Boxer and Atif had their wedding ruined by a Demon Raid and they had to save themselves from being a virgin sacrifice for a ritual that would have made them the new genies in the lamp if not totally and completely dead. Also their honeymoon was made into a 'Save the Prince from an Assassination Attempt' mission thanks to Horatio's nature and May discovering new information about Eternius and the dangers that lurk in the oceans around it but at least no one else's lives were at stake or even killed in it.
