    Oh hey look, a painting. Very... uh... dynamic? I wonder if you could push a few of the vague, abstract shapes in the background around to channel a sense of 'movement' towards the taum's (closer) hand. But then what do I know? Plus I dunno that you're looking for critique so I should probably shut up. :P

      i'll help ya out :D people looking for critiques when uploading their artwork will press a little check box in the Additional Information that says (Flag this submission for critique)

      When that happens it will show up on the artwork right next to the title (Critique Requested) Exp: https://www.weasyl.com/submission/856024/and-now-your-gone-forever

    Wow, this piece is amazing. I love the way it does really look like a painting. I've always loved pictures where the characters are casting spells. They always look so epic.

      Thank you, there are brushes and textures out there that can really make digital art look like its painted its pretty fun to play around with different brushes!

        I haven't experimented with brushes in a long time. I haven't actually tried to do a painting type picture in a long time.

          ahaha if you are ever bored and feeling adventurous id give it a try :) you can also watch others painting on youtube they say watching/studying the thing you want to learn actually prepares you pretty good for doing it
