Shoots and Ladders have nothing on this adventure xD
I assume snakes and ladders is his version of the board game.

Snakes and Ladders is its forefather. "A playground setting replaced the snakes that were thought to put kids off" in the modern American version.
I found the name Snakes and Ladders strongly resembled Dungeons and Dragons, and went with that. I imagine Advanced Snakes and Ladders probably plays somewhat like the boardgame Talisman.

Silly gator. Should have read the instruction manual (or how many volumes of them there are) before trying to climb that ladder. If only he could read.
Love that expression of the lizard man.

What happens of you natural crit a ladder?

You consult the "Ladder Critical Hit Table"! Actually, you'd probably just gain a free turn or something, so you move past the ladder as if it were nothing.

Interesting fail at the game. XDD
Nice touch with the different art style, by the way.
